Lunch with a Famous Person

If I could have lunch with any famous person It would be with Jackie Chan. I would like to ask him how long he has to practice the stunts that he does. I would also ask him what percentage of the stunts are actually realistic. I would also like to ask him who was is favorite actor to work with. I think this lunch would be unique and interesting because I would learn what an actor has to go through on set.
